Radu Comsa's work is very intriguing: "...draws inspiration from the spirit of the great masters, but without their millenary techniques... He uses additive colour mixing, so that he paints the diluted but unmixed, pure primary colours in a set proportion over one another." (Géza Dabóczi, translated from Hungarian by Emese Czintos). Radu Comsa (1975), lives and works in Cluj-Napoca, Romania; a new place to go to and see interesting young contemporary artists. He also works with a Romanian gallery that we like to follow, Galeria Sabot.

We talk with Davide Balliano (Turin, 1983, lives and works in New York) about his first solo show at Tina Kim Gallery in New York where he presents several recent paintings created specifically for the exhibition. Inscribed with his austere vocabulary and minimalist forms, Balliano’s paintings display carefully synthesized elements that speak to the notion of proportion and consider humanity’s place in relationship to the power of the universe.
Mi addentro con Simon in un territorio tangente all'arte contemporanea vera e propria, quello della fotografia. Tangente, a volte così tanto, da compenetrare, fondersi e sparire diventando tutt'uno con l'arte. Artisti e fotografi, sfumature dal confine lievissimo a tratti invisibile. Simon è nata a Forlì e si è diplomata allo IED di Milano in fotografia, collabora con I-d, Dazed and Confused, butt, Fantastic Man, Les Inrockuptibles, Tokion, D di Repubblica, Marie Claire, Flair, Hunter, Nylon, Dealer Deluxe, Vice, GQ, Glamour, L’Uomo Vogue, Zoo Magazine, Elle UK, Nylon Guys, Icon, L’Optimum, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Another Magazine, Toh, Style Magazine. Ha esposto in numerose collettive e personali e ha all’attivo numerose pubblicazioni.
Alessandro Gori Laboratorium is a graphic designer with a multi-disciplinary attitude; his works range from tout court graphics to objects with an "aesthetic function". Alessandro Gori is a friend. We have worked together on many occasions, especially making books. His work is always unexpected, his sense of beauty has not trended, it’s a mix of experimental approach (Florence has an unique history in this regard) and classical asymmetry-symmetry.
